Interesting cases

Welcome. I have been practicing law in Philadelphia since 1991.  Elsewhere on this site I give some examples of interesting areas of the law in which I've been involved during that time.  Every situation that calls for legal advice is unique, and different facts can mean an entirely different result even in what seem initially to be very similar legal circumstances.  Please let me know if I can be of assistance (but due to the nature of the internet, please understand that no attorney-client relationship will have been formed until and unless we both agree affirmatively to do so).
